About the firm
More than ten years of legal care and dedication in Skåne.
In August 2015, defense attorneys Maria Grosskopf and Cecilia Moll founded the law firm Moll & Grosskopf Advokater, with offices in the heart of Lund. Today, we are a team of seven attorneys and legal professionals, including two members based at our branch office on Södergatan 19 in central Malmö.

Hourly Rates and Billing
Our hourly rate is the same regardless of which legal professional or attorney you hire: 2 033 kr per hour (2026), in accordance with the legal aid tariff determined by the Swedish National Courts Administration. For travel and waiting time — so-called time loss — additional fees apply 1 859 kr per hourBilling is processed on an ongoing basis.
För upprättandet av handlingar, till exempel testamente, äktenskapsförord eller samboavtal, tillämpar vi också timdebitering. Priset, inklusive föregående konsultation, börjar vanligen vid 4 000 kr inkl. moms.
Financial Aid from Your Insurance
We will help you apply for legal protection through your home insurance — this is always sought in the first instance. For a complete application, we need to know which insurance company you are with, how long you have been insured there, and whether you have switched companies in the past two years.
Legal Aid from the State
When insurance is lacking or cannot be utilized, we will complete the legal aid application together during the first meeting. Your financial contribution will amount to between 2 and 40 % of the cost, depending on your income. There is a cap meaning that high-income earners without significant debts or extensive child support obligations cannot be granted legal aid.
If you are denied both legal protection and legal aid, you will bear full financial responsibility for all costs. In such cases, we will require an advance payment on the fees and will bill progressively on an ongoing basis.
Public Assignments
As a victim support lawyer and as a public counsel under LVU, LVM, and LPT, our fees are always paid by the state.
